Finalizing Your Quartet Contest Entry

Once you have finished entering all of your contest songs, you are just a few mouse clicks from completing the contest entry process!

- If you have stumbled upon this page by accident, and need help beginning the quartet contest entry form, CLICK HERE

- For help entering your contest songs, CLICK HERE

*After entering all of your contest song information, click the "Finish Contest Entry" button

*A screen will appear with all of the information about your upcoming contest, your quartet, and your contest songs

*VERIFY that all information is correct, and scroll to the bottom of the screen.

*Read the three paragraphs entitled "Assignment of Copyrights", "Certificate of Copyright Clearance", and "Membership and Convention Registration", and click the corresponding "I Agree" checkboxes.

*Click the "ENTER CONTEST" button

*A confirmation e-mail will be sent to each member of your quartet, as well as the Contest Administrators for your quartet contest.  You will receive an e-mail or phone call if there are any questions or problems with your entry.

*Click the link which says "Click HERE to Exit from CJ-20"

*That's it!  You're registered!  Good luck, and HAVE FUN!!!
