Please note that this service is available only to choruses, not quartets, who are officially chartered chapters. All shows MUST be approved through your district leadership using the SESAC form found here and the ASCAP form found here. For more information, please refer to the Chapter Secretary Manual and the article Copyright Basics For Barbershoppers, or contact your District Representative. As a final reminder, please make sure that all music is purchased legally.

We are no longer accepting performance calendar submissions sent directly through the Society website. All submissions must go through the District to which the chapter belongs for official approval, and once approved, the performance date will be updated on the Society calendar. Thank you for your understanding in these matters! The district representatives follow in the list below.
