Last May, the first Singing for Life event was a resounding success. 176 chapters participated, representing close to 16,000 performers across North America. More than 3000 units of blood were collected and many first-time donors were enlisted. In addition, many chapters experienced their first cross-promotional opportunity with other performing arts organizations, and some reported new member prospects as a result.
