Registration
Refund Policy
All convention registrations are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another person at any time without additional fees.
VIP registrations can only be transferred to others who qualify for VIP seating.

Competitor/Participant Registration
Any chorus or quartet member competing or performing at International must purchase a full convention registration, as per contest rules.
If members are found to have violated this rule, their group may be subject to disqualification.
Accessibility
Flexible seating for wheelchairs or guests of ADA attendees is available. Venue staff will assist on-site.

VIP Seating
Seating will be assigned by BHS staff in June 2025.
VIP Premium seats are reserved for HFI President's Council Donors, District Presidents, Society Board, Chapter Presidents, Hall of Fame, 50 year members receiving their pin in 2025.

Hotel Reservations/Parking
All convention registrants and competitors are required to book in the official convention block through this Booking Link from our official service, where a discounted BHS convention rate applies.
The HQ hotel will be the Hyatt Regency, and all hotels in the BHS convention block are within a few blocks of the main contest venue - view our Lodging & Transportation page for more info and maps.

Venue/Entry Details
Seating is reserved. You will need your printed or electronic ticket to be scanned on-site.
Please be sure to review the Bellco Theatre Prohibited Items List.
Anyone entering the Convention Center for an event at the Bellco Theatre is subject to a reasonable search including but not limited to metal detection and a bag search. Read more about the Bellco Theatre’s Security Services here.
For those trying to avoid too many stairs, they should focus on the higher Orchestra section rows or lower balcony rows.
Bringing the kids?
All children and adults must hold a convention registration in order to be admitted into the venue. Though admission is free for children aged 12 and under, you’ll still need to reserve their registration in Eventbrite.
Strollers are permitted in the venue, but unless in ADA seating, you will need to climb stairs to reach your seats.
The Barbertots Room will be available in a meeting room within the convention center. It will be open during all contest sessions.
**All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the Barbertots Room at all times.
