Register

• Any chorus or quartet member competing or performing at International must purchase a full convention registration, as per contest rules.

• If members are found to have violated this rule, their group may be subject to disqualification.

Flexible seating for wheelchairs or guests of ADA attendees is available. Venue staff will assist on-site.

• All convention registrations are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another person at any time without additional fees.

• VIP registrations can only be transferred to others who qualify for VIP seating.

• To transfer your registration to another person, or to make any updates to our registration information, please follow these instructions: How to Transfer your Registration in Eventbrite.

• Day Passes are not likely to be available for this event due to the capacity restrictions.

• The 3-day weekend pass is available for all non-competitors.

• Seating is reserved. You will need your printed or electronic ticket to be scanned on-site.

• Please be sure to review the Bellco Theatre Prohibited Items List.

• Anyone entering the Convention Center for an event at the Bellco Theatre is subject to a reasonable search including but not limited to metal detection and a bag search. Read more about the Bellco Theatre’s Security Services here.

• For those trying to avoid too many stairs, they should focus on the higher Orchestra section rows or lower balcony rows.

• All children and adults need to hold a convention registration in order to be admitted into the venue. Though admission is free for children aged 12 and under, you’ll still need to reserve their registration in Eventbrite.

• Strollers are permitted in the venue.

• The Barbertots Room will be available in a meeting room within the convention center. It will be open during all contest sessions.

• **All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the Barbertots Room at all times.
