Register

• Any chorus or quartet member competing or performing at Midwinter must purchase a full convention registration, as per contest rules.

• Non-compliance with this rule may lead to the competing group being disqualified.

• Flexible seating for wheelchairs or guests of ADA attendees is available for selection on the Registration page. Venue staff will assist on-site.

• All levels of seating are accessible by elevator.

• All convention registrations are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another person at any time without additional fees.

• VIP registrations can only be transferred to others who qualify for VIP seating.

• To transfer your registration to another person, or to make any updates to our registration information, please do so by editing your registration within Eventbrite

• Day Passes are not guaranteed, but the decision to make them available will not be made until approximately 30 days before the event.

• If available, Day Pass registrations are seated in a separate section from individuals with a full week registration.

• You will need your printed or electronic ticket to be scanned on-site.

• No outside food or drink is allowed inside the venue.

• Strollers are permitted in the venue.

• There will be no Barbertots room at Midwinter; it is available only at the summer convention.

There will not be a local discount for Midwinter 2025 in San Antonio.
