Virtual HU is back even stronger in 2021
Last year was a successful scramble to adapt curriculum to a totally online format; this year, faculty and staff had a big head start. Bring your own ice cream to this can't-miss event!
Due to the great success in 2020, Virtual Harmony University 2021 is back and positioned to be the best Harmony University yet, with even more options to customize your learning experience.
New opportunities will allow more interaction, more questions, more hands-on training, and more learning. Like last year, you can choose to purchase a full registration or choose from several exciting options.

Virtual Choir
Get ready for this one-of-a-barbershop-kind weekend experience!
Learn "ABC" as sung by The Jackson Five and as performed by Double Date. Open to all singers, under the direction of Alex Morris.
Music arranged by Dr. David Wright in SATB voicing, with learning tracks by Kim Newcomb and Kohl Kitzmiller.
Seminars
These six seminars consist of 110-minute topic-specific sessions that meet six times over the course of two weeks; with a full registration, you can choose to attend two. Each has been redesigned and fine-tuned to provide more content, more experiences, and more learning:
• Leadership
• Music Education
• Directing
• Arranging
• Performing
• Applied Vocal Instruction (new for 2021), geared specifically for music team members and section leaders.
Electives
The most impactful 50-minute electives from last year are back again in 2021 and are again taught by the best in barbershop.
This year there are more elective session options for learning and participating with workshops, labs, reading sessions, panel discussions, and a special “From the Vault” series.
